The Autorité de Réglementation des Secteurs de Postes et de Télécommunications (ART&P) in Togo is the regulatory authority responsible for overseeing the postal and telecommunications sectors in the country. It ensures that these sectors operate efficiently, fairly, and in the best interest of consumers. The organization also sets and enforces regulations and policies related to the operation of telecommunications services, the provision of postal services, and the development of infrastructure within these sectors.
"ART&P approval" refers to the formal authorization or consent granted by this regulatory body for various activities within these sectors. This could involve the approval of licenses for service providers, regulations for the operation of new telecommunications networks or postal services, or the authorization of pricing structures and other business operations related to these industries. It is typically required for businesses or entities seeking to establish, operate, or expand their services in Togo’s postal and telecommunications sectors.
