Togo ARCEP has implemented the following approval process changes:
Correction to APPENDIX 5 (COMMITMENT OF THE MANUFACTURER OR SUPPLIER).
It requires that this document must be filled, stamped and signed by the manufacturer.
The Declaration on honor (or also called COMMITMENT ON HONOR) must be served by the direct applicant, ie. our local representative in Togo.

The Authorité de Régulation des Communications Electroniques et des Postes (ARCEP) du Togo has published a decision updating the categories and technical conditions of use for Short Range Devices (SRD) in 5 GHz and 6 GHz.
