The Autorité de Réglementation des Secteurs de Postes et de Télécommunications (ART&P) in Togo is the regulatory authority responsible for overseeing the postal and telecommunications sectors in the country. Correction to APPENDIX 5 (COMMITMENT OF THE MANUFACTURER OR SUPPLIER).
It requires that this document must be filled, stamped and signed by the manufacturer.
The Declaration on honor (or also called COMMITMENT ON HONOR) must be served by the direct applicant, ie. our local representative in Togo.
