CU TR EAC declaration label requirements:
The mark consists of 3 letters “E”, “A”, “C” graphically drawn using right angles, having same height and width – representing precise proportions of a square on a light background (pic. 1) or on a dark background (pic. 2)
Size of the mark is defined by the manufacturer (supplier) who received the right to use it.
Basic size should be not less than 5 mm.
The place where the Mark is put on – is specified in applicable Technical Regulation/s.
Frequencies allowed in Kazakhstan:
It is allowed to use Wi-Fi 6E and Wi-Fi 7 in Kazakhstan. Regular Wi-Fi operates in two frequencies – 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz.
