The Autorité de Régulation des Communications Électroniques, des Postes et de la distribution de la presse (ARCEP) has issued a public consultation on the rules for the granting of frequency licenses in the 700 MHz, 900 MHz and 3,4-3,8 GHz in Martinique and Guadeloupe.
